Margin Review, read only

See your own book, before there is a fee.

Reeve runs a free, read-only reconciliation in your own browser. You bring an export from your system. Names, member identifiers and addresses are removed and replaced with coded references on your own machine before a single figure is computed. Dates of service are kept, because the filing deadlines cannot be computed without them. This is not HIPAA Safe Harbor de-identification and Reeve does not claim it is.

What this review will not price

Reeve reconciles authorized units against delivered units against billed units, and where your export names a payer, it classifies every row by payer before a single check runs. Where it does not, the coverage panel says so and no check could set a line aside for its payer. Medicaid, fee-for-service and managed care, is what it has rules for. Medicare and Medicare Advantage, commercial, VA community care, private pay, and long-term care insurance rows are counted, named on the report, and excluded. Anything paid as an episode or a per diem rather than a unit, including the Medicare home health period and the hospice benefit, is excluded for the same reason: there is no conversion from a day into an authorized unit that Reeve can defend.

Export guides

Reeve reads the export your EMR already produces. There is no integration to install, no API key, and no IT ticket, you run the report you already know how to run, and drop the file here. These guides show, per system, which report to pull and which columns to include.
